This has got to be one of the most indulgent, spectacular-looking, easiest breakfast ever and the best part is, it is completely guilt free! Chia puddings are a satisfying, nourishing and simple breakfast for those days when you want something healthy but tasty at the same time.
Chocolate Banana Chia Pudding
Recipe (serves 1)
2-3 tbsp chia seeds (black/white doesn’t matter)
2 tsp cacao powder
1/4 mashed banana
1/2-1 cup almond milk (depending on how thick you like it)
Stevia/sweetener of choice (optional)
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until combined, leave and stir again after 10 minutes.
2. Leave in the fridge overnight. The chia seeds expand, absorb all the liquid and form a gel like pudding.
3. Top or layer with your favourite fruits, nuts or sauces!
